Hi everyone!
I ordered some wire from Health Cabin, do you guys usually order hardware from there? because as I read, it will go through customs.
You pay the customs duty, tax, etc. in the purchase price. So there will be no extra cost for you. And yes, we usually order from there because it’s a reliable webshop… I currently have an order placed for a Boro AIO.
Hi everyone! I’m also trying to order from there now, but I can’t find the “Dedicated Line” shipping option described by others, only airmail, on which VAT, processing fees, … and whatever else they come up with by then will be charged here. Am I doing something wrong?
I’ve received Registered Airmail packages multiple times (though not this year yet) and there was no surcharge. Feel free to ask them via chat… they respond quickly during working hours.
Thank you very much for your help!
Following Zsolt’s advice, I wrote to them, no response from them yet, but I immediately received a 10% discount coupon
I’ll quickly buy another cheap Thelema Elite S Pod device in another color, these still fit in my hand ![]()
Excuse me, I’m stuck again. I paid with a Revolut disposable card (supposedly), but the payment page is now completely blank, the money hasn’t been debited, and my order is pending under the “awaiting payment” tab. What happens next?
Is there any trace of the purchase on Revolut? If you actually paid, the amount would at least be locked on your card. However, ‘pending payment’ is clear on the HC site. Refresh the page… if it still says that, then the payment did not go through for some reason.
Everything unchanged, money in Revolut, still waiting for payment on HC… I initiated the payment, entered my card details, the payment page has now turned completely blank, and the money was not deducted. Has anyone encountered this before? Should I try using the app? I’m sure I’m the one messing up, but I can’t figure out where the problem is. (The amount in Revolut covers the invoice amount)
You can only know if it covers it if the full amount is on the card in the currency of the purchase. If it’s in forints, for example, it might not be enough due to conversion… which is why it’s never worth calculating to the exact cent for an amount loaded in a different currency. Then it can also be a problem if, for example, you previously only set up forint payments for your virtual card… then it will only allow deduction in forints, even though you need to pay in €.
I found an FT-Euro exchange rate in Revolut and checked it there (sorry, I’m very new to this, glad I got this far with AI
). I finally managed to figure out which one being turned off led to success, I don’t know because, like an aggressive little piglet, I disabled all the extensions. The solution was disabling one of them: VPN, AdGuard, Eset. I restarted the payment, and it deducted the money from the account. Thank you very much for your help
Sincerely: Kyra
The main point is that it worked. By the way, if anything else they sell there piques your interest, it’s worth logging into the site every day. You can collect points, which you can use on your next purchase, allowing you to shave a little off the product’s original price.
And if you order liquid or nicotine booster, do they still bring it without problems? Because it’s no longer a grey area, like hardware or coil-building supplies, because the key would be the excise duty to be paid on it, if we can just pay it to them and afterwards they won’t bother us, right? Or is it just plainly banned?
Hi!
We do not order any liquid materials from China!
Local and European webshops are available for that.
Excuse me, but why would you want to order liquid specifically from China?
You can order from domestic sources too, and you won’t get hassled for it.

The answer posted since then…which I fully agree with.
Thank you for the answer, that says it all.
I’m just interested in what the situation really is. Otherwise, I didn’t want to order liquids from there; I was just waiting for the answer that liquids should be ordered from the EU, and hardware and coil-building stuff from China, because that’s allowed and maybe more worthwhile, or perhaps more expensive due to customs duties?
At the shop you mentioned, HC has no additional costs. Since you already pay all the necessary amount at the time of purchase. @Gilbert can help with liquid orders too, with recommendations. But the search function is also usable. ![]()
