First day vaping after 24 years of smoking

First of all, thank you very much for finding you while searching on Google.

It all started when my daughter got a GeekVape T200 vape device from her boyfriend. Standing next to her, I felt it had a good pineapple scent. I used to love the scented vapor in discos. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: I just nagged him until I said, let me try it, let me look at it more closely. That’s how it all started, about 2 weeks ago. Since then, I’ve been reading about everything, how vaping works. Brands, tanks, MTL, DL, etc…
Finally, the chosen setup was an Aspire Zelos X mod kit, Nautilus 3 tank, with 5 x 1 ohm mesh coils, and 2 x MXJO 3500mAh 3.7v 20A batteries. It arrived in 3 days. I trusted it would be good, not in vain did I read for 5 days. Today is my first day, 12mg nicotine is almost too strong. Next time 6mg will be enough. I ordered Capella banana and strawberry from liqvidhall. I’m tasting the strawberry first, but it’s very good.
I don’t want to put it down!:joy:

I already regret that this passion didn’t come earlier. True, there are people around me who have been vaping for 15 years, but no one ever offered it to me to try. Well, I was afraid of it due to all the nonsense they spread. Reading here and on other sites, I realized it’s foolish. For now, it’s very good, I should have switched sooner. I think the banana will be good too.
My partner will try it too. If she likes it, we’ll look at a Vaporesso pod for her. This way, both of us can say goodbye to analog stinky sticks. She’s also been smoking for about 20 years.

From 2003, I followed the topic year by year, and as soon as they produced something that allowed me to put down the analog, I threw it away. Let’s say, for that wick-based Helix tank + Ego battery old setup, 18+ mg/ml was necessary.

yes, I just couldn’t remember its name. :grin: About half a year later I got the proVari (for a fortune) and some kind of more advanced 510 atomizer tank.
However, by quitting cigarettes, I quickly saved the initial gross 100k investment. It was well worth more than a Lava Tube.

Helix CE4. Then came the Kanger T2, a bunch of cartotanks, Vision Eternity, Bulli A2-T. I used the latter for almost 2 years, then the Taifun GT. In mods: eGo, Lava, then the Provari, Dicodes Dani, Semovar, Taifun Eye. I also had a Gepetto with a DNA-20 chip, and a bunch of mechas, Nemesis, Golden Greek Telescope, plus the playthings. Fortunately, I have pictures of almost every device and atomizer, maybe one day I’ll gather the strength and upload them in some

It was a pain to manually weld NR-R-NR wire and stuff it into the thin tube with tweezers… it either turned out good or it didn’t. Fifty-fifty… :rofl::rofl::rofl:

I wasn’t a fan of the genesis principle itself… I switched to cotton wicking with that tank too, and it immediately became more appealing…

I pushed mesh coils for a long time because the ‘veterans’ back then were using them on black forums… but I didn’t even try to wick with cotton afterwards. It wasn’t for me :roll_eyes: back then, approx. 13+ years ago.

As soon as I got the Taifun GT-m, around that time the microcoil and Koh-Gendo cotton combo came out. I haven’t examined the tank since then after every puff to see when that “crap” ignites. It hasn’t burnt since… :rofl::rofl::rofl:

I’ve vaped about a liter of Mystic Raspberry, but its menthol version, not the imperial one. He didn’t like the former… :joy:
