I don’t have the M200, but I have the M100, which is very similar to it. I have a good opinion of it. I bought it as a backup mod, but I liked it so much that it’s in daily use.
From what I’ve seen, compared to the M100, the M200 is equipped with an upgraded chip, it uses dual batteries, and has higher power output. Other than that, they are very similar.
It is easy to operate, the battery change is quick, it is a reliable device, and it also looks good.
It seems to be durable as well, because I’ve dropped it a few times (I know, I shouldn’t have, but unfortunately it happened), yet it still works fine.
I use it in normal mode with a single-coil DL tank.
If someone has the M200 specifically, perhaps some additional, specific feedback will arrive regarding that device. For my part, I recommend it.

If it weighs only half as much as the Paranormal, it might be good already.
Are you looking to order/have you ordered this mod, or what are you curious about?

It’s light, for sure. 
The M200 is listed at 152g without batteries.
The M100 is also light thanks to the aluminum alloy body, which is also a plus.
