I ordered from NK-Coil Store on AliExpress not long ago. It arrived without any issues and I think the quality is also okay.

Edit:
The only hassle, let’s say, was that I didn’t order 0.3x0.8mm flat wires, but 0.3x0.8+32 Alien wires. They might have messed something up, but
