I know this is not a new topic. Please don’t be angry with me. I searched and read about the topic, but the more I read, the more confused I got. I would like to mix one liter of PG/70 VG/30 liquid, so that it is 12%. Then do I need 7dl PG and 3dl VG in it? How much nicotine? And what kind? Please help me! If possible, I would like a precise recipe. Thank you very much!
