You can take 300 ml of liquid into the cabin baggage on the plane, but be aware that it must be in maximum 100 ml containers. And it’s not good if there are 100 ml in a 200 ml bottle; the bottle itself must be max 100 ml. And put all liquids in a sealable bag. You can even take an RTA without issues, but you cannot take the tools needed for building onto the cabin; they can only go into checked baggage. What else to pay attention to is, if you bring a rechargeable battery, it should be free of foil packaging and preferably have the battery’s data on it. And you can only carry this in the cabin baggage brought onto the plane.. not in checked baggage.
