The Voopoo Argus E40 can do that! (DTL-MTL)
Compatible with PnP X coils with resistance higher than 0.3ohm. Output power 5-40W. The fire button can be locked to prevent accidental firing, and it also works by inhalation, no need to press a button! It has a 1800mAh built-in battery. I use it with a 0.6ohm coil, and it lasts my workday (12 hours) if I start with 100% in the morning! 
The Voopoo Argus G2 too! (RDL-MTL)
With pod cartridges with resistance higher than 0.4ohm. Output power 5-30W. 1000mAh battery. Operation is roughly the same as the E40.
