Well…you haven’t simplified problem-solving with this 
There’s a significant 35% difference between .93Ω/.68Ω, which if it was good at the start (~16W), after 30 puffs with such a change it will be quite dim. Something is not right with the system, maybe the atomizer turned out to be series in such a shoddy way, but it will be hard to fix remotely like this

I suspect the mod. I don’t know how long you’ve been using the kit, but since it has a built-in battery, after a while it no longer provides the vaping experience as it did when new. The battery capacity decreases, and thus the vaping experience as well.
Also, it’s not normal that it shows the resistance value erratically.
As a first step, I would suggest trying another mod with the existing tanks.

I also clean them thoroughly every time (if cleaning with a cotton swab and 70% alcohol counts as such).

The material of the atomizer can also cause fluctuations.
Increase the n.dose if it’s not enough

Yes, I’ve already mixed the 12mg one, but it will only become clear in 2 weeks if it works

If you’ve mixed it, you can try it, there’s less flavor, but don’t be surprised if the 12 mg hits you hard on the first puff
