Because can I get nicotine base liquid here? To my knowledge, according to Hungarian law, nicotine liquid cannot be commercially distributed in Hungary, only 0-nicotine. There are no webshops here anymore. The one that was in Pest also closed due to the legislation.

Look for a site that delivers here. And since you can buy 0mg liquid at home, you no longer have to pay excise duty, VAT with a tax stamp, and all sorts of taxes on 2 liters of base liquid.
