Exactly, you also gave me this idea before for my Aegis Solo 2 mod when it was throwing ‘new/old coil’ messages 
But I’ve already posted a fix, I’ve also just read that forum topic.
However, I interpreted Robi’s question as him not wanting to buy a mod, but rather that he has this one and doesn’t understand why it’s giving large boost hits at low wattage.
