The unfiltered wheat beer, which is tastiest when it’s a bit English-style lukewarm, foams easily.
I hope I’m not writing nonsense, but in better establishments, rice grains are served with lemon precisely to promote foaming, assuming cold beer, because it’s delicious that way.
