I’ve had this happen multiple times. Ultimately, it’s still usable, a good RTA. It’s probably my fault, I think the O-ring shifted during cleaning, I didn’t notice, and it stretched a bit. However, installing the new one is a real pain.

I don’t know what happened to it. I only used it at home yesterday, it was fine in the evening. This morning I picked it up and felt the juice, that’s it! It was only leaking a little, thank God Daniel didn’t get any!

In my experience, the ultrasonic cleaner tends to break the glass sleeves. I mean, its basket is made of metal, and I think that’s why. Maybe yours cracked due to thermal expansion.

So, my ultrasonic cleaner has never broken it down for me yet 
does it rattle that much in there? Then you need to put a rubber mat or something in between
