A cigarette ember can burn through a car seat or forests. But if the mod were touchscreen, distraction wouldn’t be an issue. Current cars already obstruct the view as well.

Being a tractor driver is the best!! They can talk on the phone while driving, with those big dump trucks, I guess vaping is allowed too!!

Not to mention the pilots… while for us, at most, for example, it’s only allowed secretly under the blanket, they can do the dual DL in a closed cabin.
