I’m leaning more towards DL, so the ‘3’ will stay, I won’t take it apart. 
Should I grease it with machine grease?
Anyway, why would I grease it? I never do.

PG with… I also lubricate the thread of the clamping screw… my first b80 became a spare part due to its wear.
Let’s say I took it apart daily due to condensation and screwed it back in “dry”. It was a shame.
Then just check if the 3rd airpin is screwed in tightly.
It came with a dismantled box… don’t take anything for granted on it, it needs to be checked.
