I wouldnāt call myself old, but I liked the Limelight AIO so much that I had to try it.
And unfortunately, it paid off.
But I would never give up mods and RTAs.

All bridges can be used without material loss, but there are some more troublesome ones.
For me, most of the trouble is with the standard rod bridges. Unless they give them away for free for something, I rather skip them.
I avoid these.. but maybe they are just annoying to me.
