It’s very quiet, it would rank it one class higher. The taste/quality brings it into the 150 euro category. For me, it’s not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but I use it daily because its operation is very simple, even with oily hands, it only takes two fingers.

No big deal.. mostly just tired :joy:..
