I really like it, I was thinking about writing more about it, although we are only in the getting-to-know phase, I put it into operation last night…
- just what comes to mind first, after one day of use, which I highlighted in bold as the main points:
Mine is a clone, @Janchee is the one who made mistakes, he wrote a lot and showed and praised this tank. There was one limitation to the first attempt, I am completely blind when it comes to online payments. I probably lived under a rock for a long time, because here on
it took me nearly four years to start learning and picking up forum etiquette, online shopping, and package sending tricks. Although curiosity had driven me for a long time, after many missed opportunities, I have now reached the point where I can order for myself from where it is still available…
After it arrived, it went into the ultrasonic cleaner. Yes, but I could barely take it apart; the ping-pong guys assembled it dry, I had to watch a few videos before I could take apart and reassemble these ingenious structures. Always lubricate the seals before use and when putting it away! Then I went through the dilemma of what to build in it, everything interested me, from MTL to RDL, I went through a few builds, but this is always exciting with a new tank. Now it’s good, I feel, but we are still getting acquainted.
The wide range of configuration options and my poor eyesight will be my downfall; I don’t wear glasses in an office environment, but my job often forces me into the car-attic-basement triangle, and I can’t always see the openable/closable airflow control or the bottom air inlet, and these can inadvertently shift during a refill.
Overall, it is a very good tank, flavorful and highly configurable, I was not disappointed with it, but it requires good eyesight, or maybe I just need to break it in so we get used to each other. I haven’t had a tank before where I could adjust it in so many places, even while moving, with such tricky mechanics.
The same goes for the Tripod tank. I always liked it a lot, but recently I felt I hesitated too much when @Peva71 sold his original full Tripod2 at a good price. I had wanted to try it for a long time, but the tiny markings sometimes make disassembly, reassembly, and filling difficult; it has happened a few times that I closed off the juice path without realizing it, but that quickly became apparent afterward.
It is a flavorful tank and subjectively delivers what we call “fat clouds.”
