Since I am not a fan of clones, I would recommend the Pico Plus, 2 batteries, one charger, and perhaps a Pioneer V1.5 MTL RTA to start with.
It’s user-friendly to build/wrap, the mod is cheap, enough for starting.
If you get into it, you can even move up towards the better ones…
