300 ft? That’s still okay, but what about the 500 trillion? That disappeared in a jiffy like Rodolfó. Ohh, that’s nothing :winking_face_with_tongue:

That our country became a free trade zone was still somewhat bearable, but battery factories came into that country, where our valuable water reserves were previously spoken of as a treasure.

Unfortunately, for me, it’s like this: if I don’t drive a truck for 3 weeks, I go crazy afterwards…
Strange, but that’s the truth.

This still rocks. It nicely illustrates how much fundamental relationships have changed since the poem’s birth.

We are human, and unfortunately, human frailty does not change with the passing of centuries…

On the cotton fields, there was no travel cost and the farmer somewhat took care of the health of the purchased labor. We have to squeeze this out for ourselves too, or give it up and just pay the tax…

I asked the German authorities back then. They calculated 1 pack per day and a maximum of 1 month. That’s how we could bring it home and then show off with it because there was never anything with 29 sticks here. Oh, and all of them there had brown filter tips, unlike here where they are white. :slightly_smiling_face: Good old days…

I don’t understand why either. In contrast, they communicate that even for 1 piece, you can get into trouble. Although my daughter’s classmate’s mother, with whom we usually hang out in the mornings, also vapes disposables, she said it was easier to get them than a coil from a tobacco shop, because the one she used was rarely available there, but disposables were still sold in large numbers, although fewer than before. I guess they don’t deal with those who couldn’t be caught during the hype. In any case, not only the law is incomprehensible, but pretty much everything. Meanwhile, everyone should prepare for the worst, because you never know…

Hungarians remain silent because they fear losing everything, while losing everything because they remain silent!!!

This is a vicious cycle.

This is not a Hungarikum… everywhere it sucks for different reasons… for example, there are places where they even penalize for such a conversation. At least here, people can vent with freedom of speech from their armchairs.
Oh no, the nicotine source topic is also banned in our country… that’s how spineless the lawmakers have become.

In the UK, you can easily get 20 months in prison for an FB post that displeases the government, or 6 police officers will go to a mother because she criticized her child’s school on WhatsApp. In Russia, around 400 people were arrested last year for social media posts. In Great Britain, this number was over 3300.

I feel like things are a bit overthought here.

I’ll summarize what happened:

Mentioning, naming, or linking potential nicotine sourcing locations is forbidden. There isn’t much to mention anyway, unfortunately… or at least nothing anyone would gladly share publicly. This topic has practically been exhausted by us. The content we are now retroactively deleting is no longer relevant in any way, as those sources no longer exist.

You can still discuss nicotine, as long as it’s not about sourcing! However, specifically naming a shop or linking to it, or sharing it in pictures/videos is forbidden.

So, that’s what happened. This is not a new law, there have been no changes in this area for years, we simply decided to let this thread run its course – until it ran its course – and now we are cleaning up.

We highlighted this in the General Terms and Conditions so that everyone is aware, to protect the Community from potential legal issues, and to provide a clear basis for moderation. This step also serves your interests, ensuring Vaperina remains a safe and lawful platform.

What about Google?
It often comes up: if Google still shows various webshops, why can’t we link them?!

Search engines like Google only index publicly available pages on the internet; they are not responsible for their content. They can be compelled to remove a search result if it’s illegal, but that’s it.

In contrast, Vaperina is a moderated community platform. If a nicotine sourcing location is linked here, it could be interpreted by the authorities as encouragement to purchase or as advertising, especially since Vaperina is a vape-themed site, where such content can easily be construed as conscious violation of the law.

The sale of nicotine boosters and other nicotine-containing liquids is strictly regulated in Hungary: I won’t list it all, the point is that the online sale, advertising, and sharing of sourcing information for nicotine-containing liquids are forbidden. Sharing such content can be considered encouragement to purchase or illegal advertising in the eyes of the authorities.

Our goal remains for Vaperina to be a place where we can freely discuss vaping, devices, flavors, or anything else that interests the Community, but always while adhering to the law. Of course, we don’t agree with this because, in most cases, it’s unrealistically excessive, and we all see what the game is really about, but that’s how it is, unfortunately…

We genuinely try to allow as much as possible, to find solutions and loopholes for everything, because we know it can only work this way. If we consider it, besides disposables, this is the only thing we are restricting to this extent now because we believe the time has come. If it were solely up to us, it wouldn’t be like this!

We ask everyone to help by avoiding mentioning nicotine sourcing locations and to report such content if you see it. Thank you! :hugs:
