Thank you for the information. If I understand correctly, the word “nicotine” itself has not been blacklisted, but if anyone asks on the public page how it got into our tank, we can proceed based on this logic without violating the T&C.

I would supplement the flowchart with an option:
Ask your son’s/daughter’s classmates or any teenager on the street → Risk-free, simple, effective
Because, IMO, these current regulations are worthless, they only serve to screw over these kinds of forums and the adult but less informed vaper (hoping they’ll relapse to analog cigarettes…)

So it won’t even be generally possible to refer to the source of purchase? Like:
I recently called the NAV customer service because I’m planning to go to Esztergom/Párkány (because there are some nice vape shops there) to ask how much electronic cigarette e-liquid I can bring into the country for personal use from another EU member state.
The answer was 300 milliliters, but in addition, I can also bring in - strictly for personal use - 800, that is eight hundred, disposable devices according to the law:
The 300ml can be with nicotine, salt, flavored, or base liquid…
Regarding the limit of 800 disposable devices, all I can add is that the official who drafted the law probably had no idea what they were talking about…

We already knew well in 2011 that the Imperial tobacco shop was not created for the sake of the health of people or their children. Such absurd legislation, visually represented, always shows better which end of the tool we are actually on. I would gladly illustrate what they will achieve with this, and how the average user, with some risk, will bend that particular tool back towards the lawmakers, but why bother, since it is already happening. (allegedly)

Sometimes I think of the 2005 film ‘Thank You For Smoking’, I recommend watching it. And 20 years have passed, I think not much has changed, because they still have huge capital (and influence) in their hands…
I don’t know the local situation, but (e.g., looking at the composition of television commercials too), we agree that the pharmaceutical and tobacco lobby is in the Top 3.
