Hi everyone! First of all, I must mention that I really love this site, it’s great that it exists. So my question is, if I order from abroad (2Fdeal), can I be fined? Hi! The site is reliable. Your order will come through. Unfortunately, if we look at the law strictly, you could indeed have a problem with it. But with this order, at most, you’ll lose the price of the order. Because with these items, if they check the package, you have the option to refuse to accept the products. Hi! There’s a shipping method that has ‘tax included’ and something about ‘remote areas’ written next to it in parentheses. This will be the most expensive. With this, theoretically, the taxes for domestic delivery are also paid. (Correct me if I’m wrong) With this, customs clearance goes smoothly here at home; I always order with this, and I’ve never had any problems with it. Reliable site. ---

That’s strange. For me, packages from 2f arrived within 7-8 days (5-6 business days) with DPD. 3f, HC, SM are the ones that even a snail would outrun, taking roughly over 3 weeks. ---

Friday, June 20th. At the beginning of the following week, it was still pending. Then, on Wednesday, I asked when they would ship the package. One item was out of stock, so they offered to send a substitute if I accepted it, or I could wait for the original item I ordered. I accepted, and 2 days later, on Friday, my package was finally shipped. ---

When shopping at 2fdeal, also expect that if, for example, you buy goods worth 100 dollars and pay with a bank card (Visa, Revolut, etc.) in the same currency, there will be a handling fee for card payment, say 3.50 dollars, which is also indicated, and the payment page will show 103.50 dollars as the amount you need to pay, which you approve on the payment page. However, what they don’t mention (at least I didn’t look in the fine print) is that after you approve the payment (and you have sufficient funds in your account), you notice that not 103.50 dollars was deducted, but 106.83 dollars. If you don’t have this much in your account, the payment fails, even if you had 103.50 dollars. Interesting, isn’t it?! And their answer to this is that they received 103.50, and my bank charged a transaction fee, which I, of course, refute, because, for example, Revolut states this transaction is free of charge. So what’s going on? A fellow vaper’s explanation for this is that their bank or billing is in CNY, and international transfers generate extra costs, unfavorably converting the Chinese Yen or Yuan. But I still don’t understand. You can choose between Dollar and Euro on the site. I choose the dollar, I pay in dollars, so what needs to be converted? Who is stealing our money? The costs mentioned above are not exact, they are just an example for illustration purposes! It’s not about that extra 3-5 euro-dollars, but COME ON! Of course, it’s still much cheaper, but I like to know in advance what costs to expect and I don’t like these kinds of surprises, especially if there’s exactly (intentionally) the amount on the account as the total of the order! That’s it in short! ---
