Who ordered what? Who mixed what? (Part 2)

If I’m saying this based on what’s ready. The next project could be a homogen

I had the chance to experience powder-based (seriously), well, it’s rough when 540 kg of powder spins into a 1-ton square metal contraption :open_mouth::grin:

Anything, as long as I know how it should work. The goal here is for it to come out under ten [currency unit] on a DIY basis without a power supply. Now an esp8266 and an arduino nano are working together, but this isn’t good. An Esp32S3 will be the minimum in the release. And not an A4988 but a tmc2209 driver. That can even be run at night, it buzzes like a swarm of mosquitoes. For the current setup, 2 power supplies and a jungle are needed . Cable jungle. A more serious container will come later, because this one is thick and its bottom is not straight. The stepper motor can even be used for heating.

Well, stepper motors aren’t really known for their RPM. The version mentioned above by @Zoli76, that’s just… ugh. A smaller version homogenizer than the handheld lab one. That’s what I’m thinking of.

A crumpled 20,000 manufacturer would interest me more :joy:

A magnet+iron “thing” on a PC fan is much simpler in some aspects :slightly_smiling_face: DC control. Although heating is another matter (is it even necessary at all). I quickly gave up on the mixer because I never had such a dire urgent need for soup. Plus it’s a taste killer for certain flavors if you “cook it”. But of course, this doesn’t mean that warm mixing isn’t important for others:slightly_smiling_face:

Initially, I was thinking about making one from a fan. Actually, a suitable one in terms of price is around the same as with stepper motor control. They said 600 f/min is needed. The stepper motor can achieve that impressively; in fact, the peak for me with a stepper motor so far has been 6-7000 RPM.

Any type can be used. Actually, it’s a setup part for when there’s a more powerful board underneath, and even a DC motor could run on it. Heating isn’t mandatory. Here, if we absolutely don’t want it, we just need a non-heat-conductive material, perhaps non-metallic spacers. For a DIY build, sourcing from “Ali” (AliExpress) will be the benchmark; I’m trying to make it so that soldering isn’t even required. Currently, I’m just refining the basic principles.

Hi.
I’ve read a lot about stirring on foreign sites too. Opinions are divided on whether heating is good. I wanted one without heating, but in the end, I gave up on that too.

I just found this on AliExpress:
HUF13,878.48 | Magnetic Stirrer mixer INTLLAB 3000rpm AC100-240V homebrew e liquid

I’d rather spend the money for the stirrer on sausage and lángos at the market.:joy:

Don’t put off until tomorrow what you can eat today!:joy:

And the washing machine is broken, and the dryer too, because I feel my clothes are shrinking.:joy:

Back then, I was playing around with analog electronics for mixers. I ordered the parts, and in the meantime, I refined what I had on hand. I just waited 2 months. Then I asked what was up with the package. They couldn’t find it, but it wasn’t considered lost. I asked for it to be re-shipped. Then they asked me what was in the package :joy::rofl:. Your ancestor chopped into small cubes. Heating films, resistors, project boxes, dimmers, displays, mixer knobs. To this day, the package is still somewhere in transit, the money has since been returned and sublimated.

Here it is, for us it’s “clothes shrink from Abony water.” This will just be an option to replicate. Unfortunately, the current version requires a prop or a machinist. But of course, the control, program, sourcing, and mechanical drawing will be public. Funny, but a heating plate is not needed for heating, because the waste heat can be used, which can be increased and decreased. This will require a well-thought-out, smart program. But if it’s bothersome, the heat isn’t needed. Simply a 3 mm cork sheet will hold it. But that’s already space technology . If it works for space capsules, it will work here too.

This is digital. Actually, I even skipped a display; everyone has a phone, PC, or anything that can do WiFi + web browsing.

Within an hour, the board is lukewarm, even though 2 screws and 2 standoffs transfer the heat. Although there’s now an option to measure temperature, I didn’t plug in the DS18B20 thermometer. Theoretically, the tcm2209 current can be adjusted during operation, meaning it can easily be used for heating. In reality, there’s no load here, so you’re working well below the torque curve’s bottom, which is something you wouldn’t want in a machine performing any kind of linear motion.

Oh, I forgot. I can recommend this as cookware. It can withstand heat, it has a flat bottom.

I also skipped the mixer on my “must-have” list. I don’t see it as useful for myself. I’ll mix it and put it away nicely, then it will mature.

I looked at this pepcoba. The inside bottom is good if it’s flat. Fortunately, you can buy borosilicate containers of around 100 ml on Ali/Temu. Of course, 150 is needed if one mixes 100 ml. The torque that remains is about 10 Ncm  or less.

You find this and that at Pepco. You just have to catch it.

I was/am like this too. But it’s good to have one like this on the shelf too. Now I’m mixing it with this. I’ll see how it turns out. Then, until the next batch arrives, there’s plenty of time. So it’s good to have it then . I can put my logo on this. That’ll be a big hit . So it’s an opportunity for the members and for whoever finds the finished project. If I develop the program myself, let it be open-licensed. The program source and the .bin will also be open, just needs to come together. Maybe it will be enough to “plug together” modules.

It is available in 25-50-100-150 ml. Also, there is a “sick” lab setup.
