It’s in Frankfurt, Vecsés is unfortunately not even an option here. I called UPS customer service, and the girl there said it was lost or stolen. They hadn’t put this label on it yet. UPS doesn’t give a damn, they said we should tell the sender to initiate a trace request. The friend who ordered it wrote to the site more than a week ago. No reply was received, only this status update…
