How interesting, when I was younger, I think I could handle these kinds of flavors, but now it makes me shudder when I think of whiskey, cognac, or pálinka for years now I only drink occasional small amounts of caramel or chocolate liqueur. Maybe Limoncello, which I even made myself 2 years ago.

(Anyway, this whole ‘barrel-aged’ buzz is very trendy, like ‘beechwood smoked’… turns out it might just be flavoring​)
