They complete a “section” (i.e., e.g., 4 meters) and 2 days later it needs to be redone 3 meters further away.

Sewerage is hopeless here.(this is already a so-called outlying area)
I spent 10+ years begging and pleading, etc., with the local government officials for sidewalk construction.
Compared to that, paving the road only took me 2-3 years until it was built.
(I often had to drag the delivery companies’ cars out of the mud with a tractor)
