Who ordered what? Who mixed what? (Part 2)

But the possibility doesn’t even arise for English, American, or Chinese packages, that someone can pay the customs duty in advance. The NAV just grabs it and asks the question. Who was that scoundrel who… etc. etc.
In Slovenia and among the Czechs, everything will be sealed. What will be the problem with those? They are EU taxed products anyway, but the homeless fathers think they still deserve it.

I think aroma can be ordered from anywhere with peace of mind.. obviously in personal use quantities… and I wouldn’t even tie it to 300 ml. Everyone knows when they look at a package whether it arrives for personal use or for commerce..

Yes, 15 hand grenades for personal use only. 16 units is already a commercial quantity.

As for me, I see the danger in the fact that VAT automatically switches to 27%, which presumably goes to the domestic budget. In the case of excise duty, the stamp-affixed liquid contains the rate according to the registered seat of the selling shop, which may differ from the domestic rate. If we dissect this too much, they can collect it from the buyer, although not for products ordered in commercial quantities, but excise duty is due even for small amounts…

As far as I know, 300 ml is the (e-liquid) you can take with you when traveling abroad. According to the law, all e-cigarette components – atomizers, tanks, mods, etc. – can only be legally purchased in specialized shops. Similarly, the components of e-liquids. Mail order is prohibited. Of course, it’s different if someone buys essential oils or car air fresheners. Although, perhaps I have misinterpreted the recent events.

It’s just a rip-off.

We won’t get out of this situation well. It will be as they figure it

This is precisely why I’m hesitating. If all distance selling were banned, there wouldn’t be online stores… They evasively inform about the tax differences between countries, who pays the ferryman, should someone ever ask who is willing to pay the Hungarian tax…

This is killer. Or or or or they can go to hell. The electronics and tank etc etc would at least be there in the… but they aren’t.

The definition of an electronic cigarette (also known as an e-cigarette) according to the Hungarian legal definition[1] is: "an electronic product that is disposable (throwaway), or refillable with a refill bottle, or operated by a cartridge (reusable), which allows the consumption of nicotine-containing or nicotine-free vapor through a mouthpiece, or any of its components, including cartridges, tanks, and the device without a cartridge or tank.

But why isn’t it then in the shady dealings, why? Because you only buy it once, the tied sale is bad, or what the hell. According to TPD, every imposed shady nicotine product should be available at a reasonable price, and people shouldn’t have to be smart about it.

The business is bigger in analog (I think). Clearly, they would push that onto everyone.

Like Mexico, Thailand, Australia.
Long live the tobacco business. Good, I’m exaggerating, the situation here is still better.

If we consider that several hundred thousand analogue users buy, let’s say, one pack of cigarettes daily, that’s not a small amount of money. And we would buy about 10ml daily, which is half the price of a pack of cigarettes, it would be a serious loss of income.

We all pay VAT too, whether we buy perfume or bread.
That’s a separate issue, but it’s no longer our concern whether the person we buy anything from pays it into the BIG COMMON.

Distance selling is forbidden in Hungary. That’s why many shops don’t ship to us. Unfortunately, that’s how it is. The state doesn’t profit if you order from abroad.

I just wrote, even if the foreigner pays it, I’m thinking here of even AliExpress, but this is very little for the leaders of our great homeland and as we know, they want more :man_shrugging:

It’s not necessarily big, they are only geared up for that, and that’

You know when you can’t normally buy gifts for your own children. Because gifts exceeding an amount of 150k are also subject to tax. And they’ve even added another twist to this.
The general rate of gift tax is 18 percent of the net value of the gift.
