There are a few disappointing things about Don Cristoval. Long aging, factory recommendation 20% 
15 is enough, it sells fast. In 2 days I will declare mine ripe.

Unicorn definitely 20… Don Cristo wants that, but maybe I’ll try it at 15, if it’s weak, it goes to 20.
For me, the sesame also turned out perfect at 15%.

Unicorn 15 is the recommendation, but I also mixed it at 20. Don Cristo is recommended at 20, I mixed it at that amount too. 
@Lawicska when the delivery person brings the package, then I will still mix from the sesame one and from the churros one.
