two packages arrived for me from the peek-a-boo bear too.
I would like to share my positive experience.
The first package contained everything exactly as I ordered.
They messed up the second one. They didn’t send the tank I ordered. BUT. I noticed it quickly, I wrote to them today at 4 PM asking what to do. They said sorry.
We sorted it out within an hour and by 5 PM they had already shipped the originally requested item.
The customer service was super kind and fast. I just hope this one arrives properly too. I’m really looking forward to it, because this will be my first buildable RTA.
I will ship back what they sent by mistake.
