I think a significant portion pass these things on by word of mouth. Also, many people buy and set up the same setups as their friends. This is how the basic local DL trademark became the SMOK kit, 150W, and the Pinkman combo 
I donât always understand why a heavy smoker starts with DL 
among young people, maybe the âdragon breathing smokeâ effect also plays a role
