Unfortunately, I am in the same boat with HC, my packages have also been resting in the publisher’s warehouse for 23 days.
They sent me this answer too, that they are resting the packages, and I will get an update about them sometime!
Never mind, I hope it arrives sometime next year.

Well, at HC we’ve reached the point after 26 days that the package is not in the publisher’s warehouse, but is ready for shipment. I hope it arrives within 1 month. I think this was my first and last order from HC!
And it’s not enough that it takes 2 months for me to receive the package, they also calculate the dodo exchange interestingly!

You bought during the busiest time of the year…other carriers are also slow (except for Temu, who might have their own air fleet)

You should never accept what they charge.. just switch to your own bank or even better, Revolut.
HC is still the cheapest and best Chinese electronic cigarette shop.. but as I usually write, whoever orders from China should try to forget about the order, not keep checking where it is, and it will just arrive… It’s completely unnecessary to stress ourselves out about when it will arrive. . . It will come 
it’s regular for me, that for 10-20 days there’s no info, then suddenly the stuff is in the country..

Some people will have a 2-week delivery even from the neighboring country (from the French). Within 1 week, the French post couldn’t hand it over to DPD at the border. Temu from China arrived for me today in 9 days.

Temu is another beast. Based on aggressive marketing and smart long-term plans, they swept the market. By wisely reinvesting revenue, they built an enormous infrastructure. I think they should slowly start venturing into freight forwarding, because soon there will be no company that can compete with them when it comes to shipping .

For me, it once arrived from Ali in 6 days, damn, I didn’t believe my eyes it was here sooner than from the Italians, or from the French, the Czechs could manage such a delivery time.

I grew up on Amazon/Aliexpress and I like to leave everything until the last minute, Feb 10 
if not, then the 23rd will be good for the anniversary 
and then there’s still Feb 14 empty
