I think they see the package’s entire journey. Because they sent this kind of Chinese package tracking too. Do they have some kind of shipment agent who sent this too?

If I have a tracking number, I always check these 2 sites. Because it’s good to track where a package is right now. 
The first one shows more info. But there have been times when neither found anything, though that’s rare.

I just tested a package that arrived in Pest via a convoluted route… only 17track and Postal Ninja tracked its journey well. Even the Parcels app, which had been working without errors until now, failed.

In that case, DPD is the carrier… which in my opinion is one of the trickiest from a package tracking perspective. For example, because an email or SMS notification about the delivery didn’t arrive… only a Viber message did.

I also think 17track is one of the best package tracking sites. 
However, I find DPD strange, because I always get an email on the day of delivery and I can also see exactly where the package is in their app.

Sorry for the delay, but previously this package was on hold for customs check when we export it in China. It has been released, the tracking info will be updated soon next week or a bit later.

A 1-week delay from other Chinese sites is already usual. Now, most likely, everything will slow down due to the holidays.

I’m not bothered by the fact that it’s a bit late 
, what bothers me more is that if I hadn’t written, it wouldn’t have come to light that there’s a problem with the package, and they’ll resend it after the 29th, if I understood correctly. I ordered on November 18th, I naively thought , that it would be here by Christmas

Fortunately it arrived here… Sometimes they have a few quirks, but I haven’t had a package that didn’t eventually reach me.. The secret is patience, and not ordering things you need quickly

Currently, Temu is the fastest Chinese shop, it arrives in 6-10 days… it’s a shame they don’t sell vape products. However, it’s a good question, if they can manage it this way, then why can’t the others!?
Alibaba with its 6-week delivery is a different story… there it’s quite possible that at the moment of ordering the product isn’t even manufactured yet
