My last delivery took 5 weeks, but usually it’s 4 weeks on average. Tracking number after approx. 8-10 days.

I thought it would take a while, but it’s already been 15 days since I ordered it and there isn’t even a tracking number yet, which wouldn’t have bothered me much until now if they hadn’t sent the email saying it would be ready within 5-7 business days.

For me, so far, in 99% of cases the TN arrived within a maximum of 7 days… maybe once I waited 10 days over the years. Even if there is tracking information, it doesn’t arrive any faster anyway. It can easily sit for 1-2 weeks in the airport warehouse during peak season, for example… and the HC doesn’t see any more information by default anyway, so they send the template response.

Hi everyone!
So today I finished my orders with Sourcemore! I ordered a mod on October 30th, and this morning I received an email from them saying, “sorry, but your package is likely lost.” Even though they wrote 2 weeks ago that it was already in the Netherlands! I wrote to them asking if it’s possible to get a refund, I hope they transfer it soon. So I would like to warn everyone that their shipping is working very poorly now!

This is usually when you ask for the amount paid back, and then the package arrives 1-2 weeks later. This way you win! Or if it doesn’t arrive, you haven’t lost your cash! 
Ever since there’s been no Dedicated line and Specialpak, shipping has been terrible!
I’ve been waiting for my HC package for 1 month. I still have 15 days for it to arrive.

Wouldn’t it be possible to order a TV, car, etc. this way? 
100% refund, then the product would arrive the next day
because this beats free shipping too.

, but it might get damaged or lost during shipping, it’s shipped by boat for cost-effectiveness, like with HC.
But they will replace it or refund the money.

That’s good because I’m also waiting for 2 packages from HC. One of them has been in the sender’s warehouse for 12 days now!

I understand that this happens, but I don’t understand why it becomes clear after 1.5 months that the package is missing.
I received the previous order after 33 days, and I’ve been corresponding with them for over 2 weeks about this package

I think since these packages are sent as postal items, they don’t have much visibility. They only see what’s going on after they are scanned in the Netherlands (or not).
