Cloudflare was acting up, I also paid for the HC this morning, then it threw an error, then after 5 minutes it was fine.

Usually 3-4 weeks. But after placing the order, it seems like an eternity until it arrives. :sweat_smile:

My most recent HC order was also 5+ weeks recently.
They are starting to work a little more slowly.

Hi! If it’s in stock, it has always arrived here for me between 14-20 days… If [it’s the] Sea warehouse, then 30+…

Hi everyone! This is my first order from hc, so I’m not entirely sure about the process. I received an email on November 10 (last Monday) stating that I would receive the tracking number within 5-7 business days. Do they usually run late with this and I shouldn’t take it too seriously, or should I rather write to support next week if there is still nothing?

Support will write the same thing, which is to wait patiently. And with Chinese webshops, patience is the key word..
