VV Pulse 3 also arrived recently… so besides the points, it’s worth checking the New Arrivals in the morning too. Especially since they might quickly snap up the popular stuff. Then when you check sometimes, you see that there’s nothing left.

I subscribed to the Arrival Notice for the items that interest me; supposedly, it should send an email when stock arrives. Well, I’ve received 0 emails so far. And of course, nothing has arrived since then; sometimes I check just to see if the notification even works. That’s why I said this shop is a disappointment for me.

I have never received a notification either…IMHO it’s not worth relying on that.

Well, it’s still sitting there with them.
I just wrote about this earlier, I think they forgot to ship your package too…
“The Item is at the shippers warehouse”
It means the item is still at the shipper’s warehouse, it has not been received by PostNL yet. When the tracking information changes to “the item is processed at the PostNL sorting center”, means the package is on the way now.

Why, have you seen a case where you didn’t receive an email, yet stock arrived for them?
The Arrival Notice is tricky; even things like color, type, etc., matter, as it registers for a specific product. If you are interested in several variations or multiple colors, then you must register the notification for each one.

Let’s say even the grass won’t grow there until next Thursday due to the holiday. But this is roughly what you should see if your package has started moving.
In my own previous case, I received tracking on Sept 3rd, then on the evening of the 14th (which was already early morning Monday the 15th for them), I wrote to them saying ‘whatdafck’, and interestingly, the package suddenly started moving…
“The item is ready for shipment” already means good news, it is on its way to the EU, counting from here, a new update will come in about 1-2 weeks when it has arrived in the Netherlands.

I usually receive an email about stock arrival… I have no problem with that .. 
I like this shop, although I don’t have high expectations .. there aren’t any serious items anyway… For the small stuff, it really doesn’t matter how long it travels, as long as it arrives..
I have an El Mono Boro tank, supposedly they finally shipped it on September 3rd somewhere in China… But since then there is no info on the provided tracking number… The product is also due, but this is already on a trip around the world

Yes, I have already had an instance where there was [something] and no notification arrived…this was an RBA pod head. But since no notification ever came, I wrote that it should be forgotten.

I think they have shipped it, it’s just still hanging out in China. They ship it 1-2 after ordering. It’s just resting somewhere.

It’s certain that it’s still hanging out in China. It just matters whether it’s in the HC warehouse or the PostNL Chinese warehouse. Whatever you say, I just wanted to help with information I learned through my own losses/experiences.

Do you know why it has no legs? The X-ray vision people are examining it. Dr. Gordon Freeman is prying open packages with a crowbar, he hasn’t gotten there yet. And G-Man is just watching from afar.

I was the same way, the stuff isn’t urgent. But there are principles too. If they immediately charged my bank card for the purchase price, they should at least have the decency to ship my package within a few days. I knew about the delivery time and I accept it, it can even be 3-4 weeks.
If I hadn’t written to them, I would have been curious when they would think of shipping it…

Well, it will stay like this until at least next Thursday 
due to the Chinese holiday. Then it’s a problem if you still only see this same thing under tracking after 2-3 weeks.

I have never had any problems with my HC orders so far.
They always arrived within 2-3 weeks.
Now it will surely be delayed because of the holidays.
As far as I know, everyone has received their package on time up until now.

The postage cost bothers me the most, 1kg approx 22-23 dodo, 2kg 43-44 dodo, on Ali you buy something for 3500ft and they ship it for free with tracking, or similarly on Ali in the bundle deals, 3 items costing 500ft each and they ship for free?

The item I ordered on August 14th still hasn’t even arrived there. I paid for it, but it is still in pre-order status.
