Hi everyone! My points were taken on the 30th of last month on HC :rofl: (a point protection purchase was made) and I haven’t gotten them back since. It’s been in “Awaiting payment” status ever since, and there is no longer a countdown for the payment window. I hope that when the Holiday is over, I will get my points back. :thinking:

On the 30th, I also bought a demo :grin: for a similar purpose… On the 2nd, after the “Awaiting payment” timed out, they correctly put my points back.

There aren’t enough items that make it worth my while to bother making a purchase with this.. The many points are nice, but there isn’t really anything to spend them on.. except if someone is vaping heavily.. like 4-5 pods worth :joy:

I’ll just casually get through the month, and then, if I don’t forget, I might buy some cotton.. wire, or the pod head for the battery, but even so, there are leftover points..:joy:

It’s worth sending them a short WTF message.

I had a similar experience, I paid at the end of August but they only gave me a tracking number around 5 days later, at the beginning of September, and then 2 weeks of silence (The Item is at the shippers warehouse). I wrote to them asking when exactly they planned to ship my package, strangely enough the tracking updated the next evening and the package was on its way. Of course, their answer wasn’t ‘sorry, we forgot,’ but rather that it’s on its way, I shouldn’t worry, this is how it usually is… obviously…

Time is not the issue, the stuff will arrive in time. (There is some break until the 8th)
I don’t like the issue of point deductions every time.
I don’t order from them every month. Besides, the stock doesn’t really get updated.

The point reward is very attractive, I am collecting them too, but as you also say, there is almost nothing I’d like to spend them on. Because of this, I have been disappointed by them too.

The purchase was the day before yesterday; they have a national holiday there starting from the first.
The large point deduction is really getting on my nerves.
I’m waiting for a few things from them, then I’ll get them from elsewhere. (e.g., Smoant AIO, etc.)
