HC, in my opinion, either has an automatic reply set up or we are talking to a chatbot when we ask about the expected arrival of a product. They don’t know what’s going on, and it seems like a waste of time to write to them.
At the beginning of the week, I inquired about an Out of Stock item, and the reply was: “I’m so sorry, the next arrival date is uncertain, but you can subscribe to the arrival notification, so you can know when it arrives”. Obviously, I had already subscribed to the notification earlier, but recently I saw it appearing as a New arrival on other sites, so I thought (mistakenly) that they might have some info by now.
Yesterday, for a few small accessories with a “Accept Pre-order, wait for 14 days” notice, I’ve been seeing this “14 days” text for over a week, so I thought it would finally arrive soon. Or do they order it on demand and then it takes 14 days? Well, let’s ask about it. Again, I expected too much… “I’m so sorry, the next arrival date is still uncertain. If you need it, you can place a pre-order with us.”
If you already have a few small items in your cart, it’s quite frustrating if, after many “I don’t know” answers, you finally order them, and then a few days later, oops, the other item you wanted to order them with “suddenly became available” and is in stock… Although, based on the above, it’s more likely that even after 2 months, it will still be “pre-order 14 days”

I specifically wanted the legend 5 mod. The rest would be wire and wick. I have enough wire for about 15 years, and the wick will also last about 5 years, although the kid always needs some, so it runs out a bit faster. 
I ordered the mod from there because I have a lot of points, and altogether, with shipping and everything, I stayed under 50 dollars.

Obviously, collecting and using HC points is the key here.. Let’s say, based on that, when will it actually arrive for me… As I wrote to them, I have time.. Just let it come, or if it doesn’t come, then money back… No problem with that. For me.

What I’m waiting for is a Boro tank… There, with points, discount, and shipping included, the final amount came to 24 dodo… Everywhere else it’s around 50 euros + shipping… It’s far from a vital necessity… So, if I get it someday, I’ll be happy… and if I get my money back, I haven’t lost anything either

I’m exactly the same way. I can get by without it because I have other things to use, but now I finally have the money for it and everything fell into place, so I ordered it, and that’s that. I have a really hard time convincing myself to buy anything. Generally speaking, what I like costs so much that I won’t spend that much on it. And what’s cheaper, I don’t like. For example, I’ve been looking at shoes for a while, but the ones I can afford, I don’t like. I’m a difficult case.

I finally bought a Skechers. The Temu package arrived before the shoes did. I spent weeks looking at shoes everywhere, but I kept coming back to this one. It cost as much as a brand new original Dvarw
