It took 19-20 days for the Airmail stuff paid for on HC to leave the Netherlands. They messed around in China this time, not in the EU.

There’s chaos there. I pre-ordered a lizard vaccine. It said two weeks ago that it would be 14 days. Currently, it’s still 14 days.

It was a pre-order .. I ordered it .. About two weeks later I wrote to ask approximately when it was expected..
They wrote they don’t know blah blah if I want to wait etc .. I wrote of course I have time actually, because the product isn’t an SOS..
Then after 1 week, they wrote on their own that the product had arrived in the meantime and they are sending it … Another little time passed.. I wrote that I would need a tracking number then .. the answer came that shipping to us is currently suspended .. if I would like my money back .. I say of course + the points invested in it too .. and then everything is okay .. then time passed again.. they wrote again that they can send it after all … So what should it be … I said fine then let it come … … Another little time passed… Today I wrote to ask for a tracking number.. now the answer is that I’ll get one someday . That’s where we are now

Speaking of which, if you ordered from SM and “Dedicated line” was the choice, but they are sending it via airmail due to the suspension, it’s worth complaining to them a bit via email.
Today I received 451 points. According to them, the shipping cost difference was 1.51USD, and 300 points for the delay… Not much, but many small ones… :slight
