Put a bottle of Gin in the freezer.
…then drink it and the killer ideas will come
…or after I went at it with Hilti and it didn’
Just the principle of thermal expansion, IMHO.
10-15 minutes in the deep freezer/freezer and it can be taken apart.
Using rubber-coated (dipped) gloves is almost mandatory.

Ah well… it’s a kiss of death, unfortunately…
Tomorrow I’ll test smokeland’s return policy ![]()
Edit: In my case, it wasn’t the build deck that got stuck, but the top, where the juice inlet part connects to the chimney.
I could live with it if it hadn’t come with the yellow sleeve, because this way I can’t replace it.

I don’t drink alcohol, but I’m taking double long puffs
So..
I don’t have any other ideas for this evening.

If neither can be resolved economically, then on an “all bets are off” basis, I’ll tackle it with two pliers. ![]()
I even bought a 4ml bubble glass for it ![]()

Sure, it’s worth a try! However, you won’t get much by swapping, I think they’ll all be like this ![]()

Yes, I know. ![]()
They’ll probably turn me away saying it was an outlet product, or I’ll have to handle the return at my own expense.
We’ll see!
He must be really desperate, but I’d try it with two soft rubbers!! So far, with 2 pieces of bicycle inner tube, everything has come apart for me!!
Apparently it sat on the shelf for 7 years, or who knows how many, so it
Honestly, I wouldn’t think it matters.
It’s enclosed, the threaded part is inside the tank, so it’s not exposed to any corrosion.
I rather suspect that they were already over-tightened during manufacturing/assembly and that they don’t use any lubrication on the screws (which is understandable anyway).
I’d rather agree with you, it also opens on a rubber surface at 4-5 years old, etc., it should easily come apart with a rubber sheet, with gloves. This has already happened to me with many other tanks. I would advise pliers as a last resort, if gloves, rubber sheets, bicycle inner tubes, the freezer, etc. do not work.

My view is that here, only the shipping cost brings profit to the shop, even if they include a flavor that expired 4 years ago. Let’s say, getting rid of a flavor classified as hazardous waste cost-effectively isn’t a bad idea. The mod is practically just a carrier…
In my case, it’s about an RTA, I wasn’t even looking at flavorings in this webshop.
In French webshops, they usually sell off e-liquids close to their expiry date (DDM) at a good price; as far as I know, they can’t sell expired products.
I’m paying for the shipping cost, there’s probably some markup on it, but it’s part of their business model
