“… the final version of the TED directive is expected to be ready by the end of 2025. Once the draft is officially submitted, it must be submitted to the finance ministers, who must vote unanimously. For comparison, the previous TED review required 19 months of negotiations. If this delay is repeated, adoption could take place in mid-2027.
