Eliquid France - Classic American Blend

Manufacturer: Eliquid France
Flavor Profile: Tobacco blend with citrus
Mixing Ratio: 10-15 %
Steeping Time: 15 days

Dear Vapers!

Today I’m once again putting a beloved aroma under the microscope. I’ve mentioned a few times that I’m crazy about citrus and tobacco combos, so I took the Classic American Blend out of its Sleeping Beauty slumber.

First, I need to establish two important things:

  1. This is not an aroma for beginners, I would definitely not recommend it to newcomers. :red_exclamation_mark:
  2. I will be biased, as the darn French have managed to achieve something that seemed impossible for me until now.

I’ll elaborate on both, but let’s see what our subject offers. A citrus tobacco mixture. It sounds pretty simple, yet it isn’t; it’s an incredibly complex flavor. Fundamentally, the tobacco is a blend. I tried to research on various sites what exactly might be in the blend, then I gave up, because everyone says something different. The base of the tobacco combo is Cavendish. For me, this is a sweet, full-bodied tobacco, but I don’t like it on its own; it reminds me of “an E400 lathe that’s been standing in the corner of the workshop for 10 years, both in smell and taste.” However, you can sense Virginia in it, which for me makes the whole thing a bit silkier, even sweeter. On top of that is the citrus mix, officially orange-lemon-lime-grapefruit. I can sense the freshness of grapefruit from this, and a very minimal bitterness upon exhaling. It seems like a totally mismatched combo: full-bodied sweet tobacco with a tart, fresh, bitter grapefruit twist… However, I must say that the concept actually works, and not just okay – I’ve really gotten hooked on it, it’s fantastic! I mixed it at 10%, which is completely satisfactory for me.

Why don’t I recommend it to beginners?
You absolutely must wait for the 15-day steeping period. For me, it was at least two months. This is not a shake-and-vape product; I tasted it fresh two months ago, and it was very different, more like an alcoholic tobacco mess. So, patience, and more patience. And even then, it will likely be a divisive flavor.

Our French friends have managed to put Cavendish in an environment that I’ve started to love, even though I didn’t like it before. :hugs:

Setup:
As usual, Dwarf, 1.7 ohm microcoil, Bpmods cotton, Innokin Collfire IV - 11 Watts, tight MTL.

55/45 base 10% two and a half months steeping time. Superfine MTL fused clapton wire 0.75 Ohm 18 watts RDL ..

Thank you very much for the recommendation, this flavor really got me, so after the first 50 puffs .. it really comes through with fresh grapefruit and a slightly sour, bitter aftertaste
It’s been a while since I felt that something could be included in the narrow circle of permanent flavors, but now this feeling has arrived… Now a longer relationship with it follows, because it’s in my work mod, so it will be in my mouth for 10 hours a day .. :joy:

Good thing I ordered 3 bottles right away ..

Thanks again .. and I highly recommend it to everyone who likes citrus flavors .. and has the patience to wait 2 months for it (it was worth it for me)

Unfortunately, the first 100 ml has vaped away.. we usually get used to it nicely over about 1 month..
The next mix will definitely be 12%.. even at 10% it was great.. a little extra flavor can only do it good :joy::heart:

Well, but I brought up this topic because of another positive thing.. I managed to vape the entire 100 ml of liquid without changing the cotton..

A real cotton-saving flavor.. it deserves 1 extra point..

Yes, they really get along with cotton properly. So far, I’ve only seen this with Laca’s colorless tobacco flavors, and also with the Azhad Distillati series.
