I think it’s an interesting flavor, not specifically lemon but more like lemon peel, I really liked it. You have to start with the fruit line somehow anyway

I’ll be curious about your opinion on Douce. Based on the description, it has a “buttery flavor” along with a bit of “Sicilian lemon zest,” but it hasn’t come through for me yet, I’m letting it steep. If I remember correctly, @Zoli76 wrote last time that for him it came through more as a kind of mild bitter taste (I couldn’t quote him verbatim).

Yes… but they are available for all sorts of extremely colorful packaging and flashy shapes, which is why shortfills, pods, and disposable bars look the way they do externally.
Manufacturers shouldn’t be pitied; there was already significant profit on flavor concentrates even at the 10ml size… but they are not enemies of their own money.
I definitely would never buy, for example, an extracted 60ml longfill for 3-4-5-8 thousand [Forints], that’s for sure…
